May 07, 2023Gwinnett’s Global Chamber Networking Mixer to Include Awards This Year - Global Atlanta
A networking mixer in November bringing Atlanta’s vibrant binational chambers of commerce together under one roof is seeking nominees for awards in three categories related to global business and trade.
Held at the Gas South Arena, the annual Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce Global Chamber Mixer has become a fixture on the international business networking scene, welcoming more than 400 guests last year.
This year’s event on Nov. 7 for the first time will recognize individuals, governments and organizations that contribute to the metro area’s global outreach and connectivity.
Three awards — Global Industry Leader, International Government Partner and International Trade — will be given out during a brief interlude at an event that prioritizes networking, featuring booths from various chambers and organizations along with local restaurants serving international cuisine. Nominate now
With more than 600 international subsidiaries located in the county, Gwinnett is no stranger to global business. Its many agreements with binational chambers and partnerships with other organizations focused on helping companies grow globally were key factors in the Gwinnett Chamber being named Chamber of the Year in 2023 by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.
The event will take place just three days after the chamber hosts its first Consular Conversations luncheon in partnership with Global Atlanta, this time featuring Dutch Consul General Jaap Veerman. Sign up for that event here
